HC7703A SYNCHRONOUS IC

HC7703A is an advanced flyback controller IC from HCW, designed to support both DCM (Discontinuous Conduction Mode) and QR (Quasi-Resonant) flyback converter topologies. It integrates a 40 V / 20 mΩ Power NMOS, ensuring high efficiency and compact design for power conversion solutions.

The IC features green-mode operation at light load and no-load conditions, enabling superior energy savings. It supports up to 100 kHz switching frequency, making it suitable for high-performance adapters and travel chargers.

Its compact SOP-8 package is optimized for use in flyback converters and high-efficiency charging applications.
