Return, Refund Policy
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Conditions: Returns are accepted for shipping damage, item mismatch, missing parts, etc.
Process: Notify the company with images of damaged goods. The technical staff will verify and confirm the issue.
Replacement: If verified, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost. If not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Responsibility: If damaged or defective goods are not reported within the allotted time, the company is not liable for replacement or refund.
Exclusions: No replacement or refund for misused, damaged, repaired, or modified products.
Return Pick-Up: Initiated only for valid reasons like damaged or wrong product delivered. For other reasons, the customer must safely send the product back for a refund.
Proof: Always take a proper video proof for an easy refund and replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility: Only pending or processing orders can be cancelled.
Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If cancelled after dispatch, shipping costs and taxes will be deducted from the refund.
Full Refund: If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 10 to 15 working days.

Invoice with Delivery: All items, including gifts, will be delivered with an invoice showing the cost, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
